Author Terms

Effective date: 14 October 2026 1. Relationship and consent Script Tonic operates the digital scripts/software marketplace. You act as the developer/seller of your products. These terms supplement the marketplace Terms of Use, Licenses Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Community Guidelines. Author onboarding requires your consent through the existing account workflow. Contact support@scripttonic.com for account questions or legal@scripttonic.com for legal notices. 2. Authority and accurate listings Offer only products and content you have authority to distribute. Identify third-party dependencies and applicable license obligations. Do not claim ownership of others' work, sell pirated products or grant permissions you cannot lawfully provide. Describe functionality, compatibility, release version, installation requirements, dependencies and included support accurately. Do not advertise unsupported guarantees or conceal material limitations. 3. Security, review and release integrity Malware, phishing, credential theft, hidden harmful functionality and fraudulent listings are prohibited. Keep secrets and private identity documents out of packages and public content. Products and changes are subject to the implemented review/publication and moderation processes. Do not bypass review or substitute a different artifact for a recorded purchased release. Approval is not a platform warranty of product safety or suitability. Security concerns may result in withholding, removal or security withdrawal of an artifact. 4. Buyer rights, support and updates Honor the product and selected license terms disclosed for the purchase. The recorded purchased release and entitlement govern authorized delivery; do not silently rewrite completed orders through later listing changes. Support obligations follow the actual product configuration, recorded entitlement and expiry. A paid support renewal is a separate recorded transaction. Do not promise an unconfigured support period, fixed response SLA, indefinite downloads, lifetime updates or free customization. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy; support dissatisfaction is not automatically a product defect or automatic refund. 5. Fees, earnings and withdrawals Commissions, gateway fees and other charges follow the actual schedules/settings disclosed for the relevant order. No percentage or fixed fee is introduced here. Recorded earnings are subject to the authoritative settlement, refund and withdrawal processes; pending payments are not settled earnings. Withdrawal eligibility, available methods and applicable constraints follow the configured withdrawal authority. A request is not a guarantee of approval or payment by a specified date. Refunds or reversals can affect eligible balances through recorded processes. This policy invents no payout timetable, minimum, tax collection promise or seller tax exemption. Applicable obligations remain subject to law and the marketplace Terms. 6. Community and enforcement Keep product reviews, discussions, support and community activity in their intended channels. Do not fabricate reviews, sales or engagement, harass users, expose secrets or evade moderation. Script Tonic may hold, hide, remove or restrict content and suspend/terminate accounts for policy, security, fraud or legal reasons under the marketplace Terms. Reasons and review opportunities are provided where reasonably possible, subject to security/legal exceptions; no fixed review SLA is promised. 7. Rights and policy changes You retain ownership of your submitted content and grant only the operational hosting/display/processing/moderation permission described in the approved marketplace Terms. Material policy changes must not silently rewrite completed purchase economics. Mandatory rights and the dispute provisions in the marketplace Terms remain unaffected. Referral, free-item and premium-specific offers are deferred from V1 launch; these terms do not authorize their activation or promise their benefits.
