1. Use the right space
Script Tonic community posts are for relevant development/product conversation. Product discussions concern a listing; reviews concern the reviewer's legitimate product experience; entitled support handles purchase-related assistance; private pre-sale inquiries ask the intended seller a question before purchase. None substitutes for another, and no follow/favorite/inquiry grants purchase or support rights. Keep private conversations private.
2. Be useful and respectful
Avoid harassment, threats, targeted abuse, impersonation and disclosure of another person's private information. Criticism should address the product or issue with relevant facts, not personal attacks. Do not spam, flood, post duplicate/off-topic material or repeatedly send unsolicited private contact. Relevant self-promotion must be transparent and proportionate; do not hijack discussions or fabricate endorsements. Relevant, transparent self-promotion is permitted when policy-compliant and proportionate to the discussion. Disclose your relationship to a promoted product; spam, misleading endorsements and repeated unsolicited promotion remain prohibited.
3. Protect users and intellectual property
No scams, fraudulent offers, deceptive links, phishing, malware or instructions/assets intended to compromise users. Do not offer pirated scripts, stolen code, leaked license keys or unauthorized license-sharing/resale. Do not manipulate reviews, misrepresent purchases or evade product licensing. Report suspected violations rather than reposting harmful files or keys.
4. Protect secrets
Never publish passwords, API tokens, license codes, private keys, identity documents or sensitive support/payment material. Redact screenshots and diagnostic samples. Use the appropriate private support/security channel for a security concern: support@scripttonic.com; legal or abuse notices may be sent privately to legal@scripttonic.com. Do not publicly exploit a suspected vulnerability or access an account/file without authorization.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Use available reporting controls and choose the closest existing reason. Reports are reviewed through Script Tonic's moderation authority; users do not decide penalties. Content may be held, restricted, hidden or removed, and further action may be considered under the applicable account rules. Not every disagreement is a violation and not every report results in removal. Do not abuse reporting, retaliate, or try to circumvent a moderation decision.
The software separates report intake, classification and authorized decisions; these guidelines do not introduce a new moderation taxonomy or promise a particular automated decision. Available review/appeal paths depend on the decision and eligibility. Where reasonably possible, provide reasons and review of enforcement, subject to security/legal exceptions. Request moderation review through support@scripttonic.com with the relevant reference and explanation; legal notices may go to legal@scripttonic.com. No fixed response SLA is promised. Account suspension/termination follows the Terms for policy, security, fraud, abuse or legal reasons. No abuse-detection internals are disclosed.
6. Publication and changes
Script Tonic operates the community; contact support@scripttonic.com, or legal@scripttonic.com for legal notices. Material changes require an identified policy version and appropriate notice through an available service or account channel; completed purchase economics are not silently rewritten. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
