Effective date: 14 October 2026
Request channel: refunds@scripttonic.com.
1. Scope and review
Script Tonic supplies digital scripts/software under the selected product license. Refund eligibility depends on the facts, order evidence, applicable contract and mandatory law. This policy does not adopt a universal no-refund rule or guarantee approval. Submit requests to refunds@scripttonic.com within 14 days of purchase. This contractual request window does not restrict mandatory rights or a period required by applicable law. Script Tonic administers the review using transaction evidence and relevant seller/provider information and communicates the outcome through the request channel; no fixed response SLA or automatic approval is promised.
2. Non-delivery or access failure
Report an order for which a settled payment did not result in authorized access. Include the order reference and a concise error description, never passwords, license codes or private documents. The review should distinguish payment status, entitlement, release evidence and artifact availability. A temporary issue may be investigated or remedied; if access cannot be provided, the appropriate remedy requires review. Missing historical purchased-release evidence must not be guessed to force access.
3. Material product defects
Describe how the delivered product materially differs from its stated functionality or fails in a stated supported environment, with safe reproducible details. Minor preferences or incompatibility with an undisclosed environment are not automatically material defects. Where appropriate, the seller may investigate or offer a correction without overriding mandatory remedies. A material defect that cannot reasonably be corrected may qualify for a refund. Where appropriate, allow a reasonable opportunity to correct a defect without overriding mandatory consumer remedies. Non-delivery or access/delivery failure that cannot reasonably be restored may also qualify. Apply the 14-day request window subject to mandatory rights; no additional fixed repair period is imposed.
4. Duplicate payments and unauthorized activity
A suspected duplicate charge should be checked against provider and transaction records; retries or pending authorizations are not automatically two settled purchases. Report suspected fraud or unauthorized payment promptly to Script Tonic and the payment provider through secure channels. Provider disputes follow the provider's process and applicable law. Do not assume a refund request proves fraud or resolves a chargeback. Send duplicate or unauthorized-payment concerns to refunds@scripttonic.com; legal notices may be sent to legal@scripttonic.com. Script Tonic reviews its records and coordinates with relevant seller/provider information. A confirmed duplicate or unauthorized payment may qualify for the appropriate remedy without treating an unverified allegation as established fraud.
5. Change of mind and support complaints
Downloading or accessing digital content can affect discretionary refund eligibility, but access alone does not establish a universal loss of statutory rights. Any digital-content withdrawal exception requires applicable legal conditions and a verified consent flow; none is presumed by this policy. Change of mind is not an automatic refund entitlement for digital products. There is no absolute no-refund-after-download rule. Mandatory rights remain preserved; these terms do not claim a withdrawal waiver or consent process that has not actually been implemented.
Support dissatisfaction is distinct from a defective product. Review the included support scope, active/expired entitlement and renewal purchase separately. A support disagreement must not automatically cancel the software purchase, nor dismiss a genuine product defect. Support and renewal requests are reviewed against the actual purchased scope and recorded entitlement, separately from product-delivery defects. The 14-day request window applies subject to mandatory rights. Dissatisfaction alone does not establish a refund entitlement; failure to provide the declared service may require a remedy on the facts.
6. Approved outcomes
Only an authoritative approved refund/reversal changes the recorded financial/access state. Refund processing method, currency, fee treatment and timing: Approved outcomes follow the recorded transaction and authoritative refund/reversal workflow. Payment-provider and financial-institution processing determines arrival timing; no immediate-credit guarantee is made. Commissions, gateway fees and other charges follow actual settings and disclosed schedules, subject to applicable mandatory remedies; no unapproved fee deduction or percentage is established here. Do not promise immediate settlement or a particular fee waiver. Where access/license rights are revoked after an approved refund, stop using or redistributing the refunded product as required by the applicable license and law; An applied product refund revokes the corresponding purchase entitlement and makes that purchase's license verification/access unusable under the canonical controls. A support-extension refund is handled through the separate support-extension authority rather than automatically revoking the original product purchase. A refund request alone changes neither state. These controls do not claim to remotely delete already downloaded files.
Previously settled seller-coupon usage remains consumed after a refund/reversal under the current marketplace contract; refund does not restore coupon capacity or rewrite the original discount record. This technical rule does not reduce a monetary remedy required by law. A repeated request or provider notification must not produce duplicate financial outcomes.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove a consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded. The laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and competent courts in Bahrain apply subject to consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration, liability cap or universal waiver of other applicable mandatory rights is imposed.
