Effective date: 14 October 2026 1. Who operates Script Tonic Script Tonic is a marketplace for digital scripts and related software products, with buyer accounts, developer/seller accounts and community features. The operator is Script Tonic. This name does not represent a claim of incorporation, registered-company status or a particular corporate legal form. Contact: support@scripttonic.com; legal notices: legal@scripttonic.com. 2. Accounts and security Provide accurate account information, protect your password and API credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise through the confirmed support channel. Do not impersonate others, share stolen credentials or attempt unauthorized access. Eligibility and minimum age: Accounts are for persons aged 18 or over who can enter the applicable contract. A person acting for a business must have authority to do so. Do not put license codes, credentials or identity documents in public posts. 3. Listings and seller responsibilities Sellers must have the rights needed to offer their products and describe supported environments, functionality, license scope and included support accurately. Malware, pirated products, phishing, deceptive listings and scam offers are prohibited. Listing approval is not a promise of compatibility, safety or suitability for every use. Buyers should review the description and requirements before ordering. The seller/developer is responsible for product rights, listing accuracy, functionality and declared updates/support obligations. Script Tonic operates the marketplace and administers platform access, payment workflow, delivery/access controls and moderation; it does not claim authorship or ownership of seller products. Commissions, gateway fees and other charges follow actual platform settings and the schedules disclosed for the relevant order. Applicable tax responsibilities remain subject to law; these terms do not promise that the platform assumes a seller's tax obligations. 4. Orders, licenses and releases The order's recorded price, applicable charges and selected license govern that order; later listing changes do not retrospectively change its recorded economics. Payment providers process payments under their own applicable terms. A pending, unknown or unpaid payment does not grant purchase or support access. Licenses permit only the use described by the applicable license; purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership or permit unrestricted redistribution. The implemented license tiers are Regular and Extended. The selected tier and actual product/license terms disclosed for the purchase determine permitted use; neither tier is an unrestricted redistribution right. No additional license grant is created by this summary. Purchased-release evidence, where recorded, identifies the purchased release. Historical orders may lack that evidence; Script Tonic does not invent it or promise a substitute download. Download access depends on ownership, entitlement and an authorized artifact. An archived purchased release can remain available; an explicitly security-withdrawn release is denied. We do not promise indefinite downloads or lifetime updates. Contact support@scripttonic.com about unavailable access. If authorized access cannot reasonably be restored, request review under the Refund Policy. Security withdrawal does not authorize delivery of an unsafe artifact or substitution of an unrecorded release. 5. Support and interaction Support is governed by the recorded support entitlement and expiry; renewal is separate from the original purchase. No response-time, customization or perpetual-support guarantee is made here. Included support scope and duration follow the actual product/support configuration and the entitlement recorded for the purchase. A renewal has its own disclosed scope, duration and price; no fixed duration or fee percentage is introduced by these terms. Product reviews, public product discussions, entitled support, private pre-sale inquiries and community posts serve different purposes. A follow, favorite or inquiry is not a purchase, support entitlement or newsletter consent. Do not post private support information publicly. 6. Content and moderation Follow the Community Guidelines. Content may be held for review, hidden or otherwise acted on through the existing moderation process. Report abuse through available reporting channels; do not retaliate or organize dishonest reviews. Users retain ownership of submitted content. They grant Script Tonic only the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate and technically reproduce or transform that content to operate the service. This is not an ownership transfer or permission for unrelated commercial reuse. Enforcement notices and review are provided where reasonably possible, subject to security or legal exceptions. Request review through support@scripttonic.com or send legal notices to legal@scripttonic.com; no fixed response SLA is promised. 7. Refunds and legal rights Submit refund requests to refunds@scripttonic.com within 14 days of purchase, without limiting mandatory rights. Requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, the transaction evidence and applicable law. Neither a support complaint nor a refund request automatically grants a refund or restores access. No provision here excludes mandatory consumer rights. Charges follow actual settings and disclosed schedules; refund arrival timing depends on the payment provider and financial institution. 8. Changes, responsibility and disputes Material changes should have a stated effective date and appropriate notice; they must not silently rewrite completed purchases. Material changes will be identified in the published policy version and communicated through an appropriate available service or account channel. They do not silently rewrite completed purchase economics. Listing approval does not guarantee every product's suitability, uninterrupted service or absolute security. Script Tonic may suspend or terminate accounts for policy, security, fraud, abuse or legal reasons, providing reasons and an opportunity for review where reasonably possible, subject to security/legal exceptions. No mandatory arbitration or fixed liability cap is imposed here, and non-excludable responsibilities and remedies remain unaffected. Governing law and dispute forum: The laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain govern these terms, with disputes submitted to the competent courts in Bahrain, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded. This does not assert that the choice displaces mandatory rights in every other jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration obligation or fixed liability cap is established by these terms.
