Licenses Terms

Effective date: 14 October 2026 1. Scope and operator Script Tonic operates the digital scripts/software marketplace. Contact support@scripttonic.com for access questions and legal@scripttonic.com for rights or legal notices. This policy supplements the marketplace Terms of Use and Refund Policy; it does not transfer ownership of a seller's intellectual property. 2. Selected license Script Tonic records Regular and Extended license selections. Your purchase record identifies the selected tier. The product/license terms disclosed for that order determine permitted use. A tier label, price difference or verification result alone does not grant an unspecified right to multiple projects, resale, sublicensing, redistribution, use in a paid service or transfer to another person. Any such permission must be expressly stated in the applicable approved product/license terms. Review those terms before purchase; contact support if the scope is unclear. Neither tier is an unrestricted redistribution license. Do not sell, share or republish the underlying product, source package or license code as a standalone product without explicit permission from the rights holder. This restriction does not override expressly applicable third-party/open-source license rights. Sellers must identify applicable dependencies and may not promise rights they cannot grant. 3. Purchase and release evidence An unpaid, pending or unknown payment does not grant purchase access. Access follows an accepted payment settlement and the recorded buyer, product and license entitlement. Changes to a listing do not rewrite the completed order's recorded economics or selected tier. Where immutable purchased-release evidence is recorded, it identifies the purchased release and authorized artifact. Historical purchases may lack that evidence; Script Tonic does not fabricate it or guarantee a substitute download. An archived purchased release may remain accessible; an explicitly security-withdrawn release is denied. No lifetime download availability or perpetual update entitlement is promised. Report unavailable access to support; if authorized access cannot reasonably be restored, request review under the Refund Policy. 4. License verification and access A license code is security-sensitive. Keep it private. Verification confirms recorded license status; it is not proof of product safety, suitability or additional intellectual-property rights. Access may be denied when ownership or recorded entitlement cannot be established, evidence is unusable, or a purchase is refunded/cancelled or its entitlement revoked. A new account, favorite, review or public inquiry does not create purchase rights. 5. Support and renewal Support scope, included duration and expiry follow the product configuration and recorded support entitlement. A support renewal is separately priced and recorded; it is not a new product license or an automatic expansion of permitted use. This policy promises no fixed support period, response SLA, customization, lifetime support or free future updates. 6. Seller responsibility and remedies The seller must have authority to distribute the product and accurately describe license restrictions, compatibility, dependencies and declared support/update obligations. Listing approval does not transfer these responsibilities to Script Tonic. Malware, pirated content and deceptive claims are prohibited. Refund requests and statutory remedies remain governed by the approved Refund Policy and applicable mandatory rights; this policy does not create an automatic refund or exclude mandatory protections.
