Report a specific rights concern

Script Tonic requires authors to hold the rights needed to distribute their products. To report suspected copyright infringement, send a private notice to legal@scripttonic.com. Identify the work you own or represent, the specific Script Tonic listing/content URL, the allegedly infringing material, your relationship to the rights holder, and a contact address for follow-up. Provide enough evidence to locate and assess the claim; do not attach stolen source packages or unrelated identity documents.

Assessment and response

Explain why you believe the use is unauthorized and disclose relevant licenses or permissions. Script Tonic may request clarification and assess the notice, the author response and applicable requirements. A report is not itself proof of infringement or an automatic refund. Content or artifact access may be restricted through the existing review/security authority where warranted. No fixed decision deadline or automatic outcome is promised.

If your content is affected

Use the contact in the notice or legal@scripttonic.com to provide your listing reference and evidence of ownership, permission or mistaken identification. Available review paths depend on the decision and applicable requirements. Do not evade restrictions by re-uploading the same material. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Existing purchase/download evidence is handled under the Terms, License Terms and Refund Policy, not by releasing protected files publicly.
