Use the purchasing account

After completed settlement, open Workspace → Purchases. The purchase action menu provides available purchased-release download, purchase code, license certificate and support actions. Keep purchase codes private. A pending, unpaid or unknown payment alone does not grant access.

Your recorded release

Where recorded, the immutable purchased-release snapshot identifies the authorized version and protected artifact. The current published version is separate. Seller unpublication/soft-deletion does not itself erase historical purchased rights; the listing may be unavailable while authorized historical actions remain. An explicitly security-withdrawn artifact or invalid/revoked entitlement can still prevent delivery. No lifetime availability or right to every future version is promised.

If access fails

Confirm the account, transaction status and purchased version. Contact Script Tonic support with the purchase/transaction reference and redacted error if authorized access is unavailable. Do not share signed download URLs publicly. Use the Refund Policy review path if access cannot reasonably be restored. The selected Regular/Extended license governs use; a successful download does not expand those rights.
