Included support

Supported products include the duration shown in the schedule and selected purchase evidence at no additional support charge. Support remains separate from the license and purchased release. Existing entitlement start/expiry dates are not rewritten by later policy changes.

Paid support pricing

Optional paid support or renewal is the selected period percentage multiplied by the item price before tax, including any applicable buyer fee. With zero buyer fee, a $100 item and 12% support rate produce a $12 support charge. At 15% seller commission, $1.80 is platform support commission and $10.20 is the seller allocation before author tax.

Renewals

Use the purchase-specific support workflow. The selected duration, amount and purchase relationship must be recorded by the platform; a ticket reply does not extend support. Availability and authorization follow the current purchase and support rules. Consult your purchase page for the actual effective expiry.
