Paying Through PayPal

When PayPal is available at checkout, you can select it as your payment method and continue through the secure PayPal payment flow.

Authentication and payment authorization take place through PayPal.

ScriptTonic does not require you to provide your PayPal password directly to another marketplace user.

Payment Confirmation

A purchase is not considered successfully paid simply because you reached PayPal or approved an order.

ScriptTonic waits for the payment state to be confirmed through the configured payment flow before creating the final purchase entitlement.

Pending Payments

In some situations, PayPal may place a payment or capture into a pending state.

A pending payment is not treated the same as a successfully completed payment.

Access to the purchased product may remain unavailable until the payment reaches the required completed state.

Failed or Denied Payments

If PayPal rejects or denies a payment, ScriptTonic will not create a completed purchase from that failed payment.

You may retry later or use another available solution where supported.

Duplicate Payments

Avoid submitting the same payment repeatedly if the first transaction appears delayed.

If you believe PayPal charged you but ScriptTonic did not complete the purchase, contact ScriptTonic support before attempting another payment.

Provide the relevant transaction reference without sharing your PayPal password or other secret credentials.
