Submit accurate listing information, required media, requirements and the versioned product package through the author workflow. The product remains in its review state until an authorized human decision. Do not treat upload completion or AI pre-screen completion as approval.

Automated evidence and human authority

Automated checks and advisory AI pre-screening help identify potential quality, policy and security concerns. Applicable product artifacts also require deterministic security scan evidence. Human approval is blocked if that scan is NOT_RUN or FAILED. CLEAR or FLAGGED scan evidence allows human assessment; a flag is not automatic rejection and a clear result is not a safety warranty.

Responding to a decision

Read the stated findings and request for changes. Correct the relevant listing/package and use the existing resubmission path; do not bypass review or replace immutable purchased-release evidence. Request review through the available moderation/support channel with the product reference and relevant facts. No fixed review time or approval guarantee is promised.
