Contact ScriptTonic support with the relevant transaction references so the purchases can be reviewed.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you discover a purchase that you did not authorize, secure your accounts immediately.

Change your ScriptTonic password and review the security of the associated email and PayPal accounts.

Contact Support

Report the issue promptly and include enough information to identify the transaction.

Do not publish payment references or sensitive financial information publicly.

Payment Provider Security

For suspected PayPal account compromise, you should also follow PayPal's security and dispute procedures where appropriate.

ScriptTonic may review account, transaction, and purchase evidence to determine what occurred and what marketplace action is appropriate.
