From buyer payment to seller earning
The product base price is distinct from any marketplace buyer fee, optional paid support and applicable buyer tax. Seller earning equals the eligible product base after discounts/coupons, less platform commission and applicable author tax. Buyer fees are platform revenue, not seller earnings.
Example
At a 15% commission, a $100 base price produces $15 commission and $85 seller earning before author tax. Actual processor expense is accounted for separately by ScriptTonic and does not silently reduce this frozen seller allocation. Paid support has its own seller/platform split.
When earnings become available
A checkout attempt or provider order alone is not a completed sale. Settlement must succeed before earnings are applied. Recorded earnings and withdrawable balance are different: verification, holds and withdrawal authority still apply. Review the transaction and earnings statements for the actual recorded allocation.
See the current Fees & Pricing schedule for live rates and the effective date. The examples below illustrate the formula, not a guarantee that a particular rate applies to every seller. Completed purchases keep their frozen economic evidence.
