Account checks and identity checks differ
Email verification confirms access to an email address; it does not establish legal identity. Author status, account restrictions, identity verification and withdrawal eligibility remain separate authorities. Completing one does not automatically grant the others.
When identity evidence is required
Follow the actual request shown in the official workspace. Verification may be required for payments, withdrawals, fraud prevention or applicable operational requirements. Provide genuine, current and readable documents only in the dedicated private verification workflow. Do not send identity documents in product support, email replies, public profiles or community posts unless an authorized secure process specifically requires it.
Review and corrections
Submission does not guarantee approval or immediate payment eligibility. Read the recorded result and provide corrections through the authorized workflow where permitted. Do not use another person’s documents or create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions. Contact support for account access problems. Handling and retention follow the Privacy Policy; no fixed retention or approval deadline is invented here.
