Refund requests and completed refunds differ

Eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable requirements. Submit complete evidence through the official support/refund route. Opening a request does not itself create a provider refund, reverse seller earnings or change a payment to refunded.

Original evidence governs

Any approved financial reversal must reference the original paid transaction, purchase and frozen seller/platform/referral allocations. Current fee settings must not be substituted for the historical schedule. Full and partial reversals require explicit, duplicate-safe accounting; do not treat a manual status label as proof funds were returned.

Processor costs

The payment provider may retain original processing fees. Such costs are platform expenses unless an authoritative disclosed policy and applicable requirements provide otherwise. This article does not establish an automatic buyer deduction, fee waiver or completed live refund service. Contact ScriptTonic support for the current case-specific workflow.

See the current Fees & Pricing schedule for live rates and the effective date. The examples below illustrate the formula, not a guarantee that a particular rate applies to every seller. Completed purchases keep their frozen economic evidence.
